Women are a valuable part of society, the play a very vital role in human progress. For a very long time, women were considered inferior to men. However, the role of a woman in society has significantly changed during recent decades. But what I feel, Men and women are incomparable, women are far superior than men and are capable of sharing all the responsibilities of life.
William Golding once said "I think women are foolish to pretend they are equal to men. They are far superior and always have been. Whatever you give a woman, she will make it greater. If you give her sperm, she will give you a baby. If you give her a house, she will give you a home. If you give her groceries, she will give you a meal. If you give her a smile, she will give you her heart. She multiplies and enlarges what is given to her. So, if you give her any crap, be ready to receive a ton of shit!"
Woman are the key to preserve the human race and in today's world, the importance of women in the society is beyond any suspicion.
Cher has rightly said that "Women are the real architects of society."
Even the progress of the nation depends upon the way the mothers bring up their children. If the mothers are educated, then the whole society will progress.
Napoleon once said: "Give me good mothers and I will give you a good nation."
Most of the time, men and women are compared to the wheel of the same carriage.
Famous poet Shakespeare says, "All the world's a stage. And all the men and women merely players, they have their exits and their entrances. And one man in his time plays many parts."
So, move one step ahead, and talk about their personhood and rights as well. Hence, she can be a daughter, a sister, a wife and a mother but her role, intelligence and strength have proved that the word "inferior" has nothing in common with this gender.
Women are successful in all areas as men and to celebrate the importance of women, International Women's Day is celebrated on March 8 annually across the world. This year the theme for International Women’s Day is, I am Generation Equality: Realizing Women’s Rights.
According to the UN Women organisation, "the Generation Equality campaign is bringing together people of every gender, age, ethnicity, race, religion and country, to drive actions that will create the gender-equal world we all deserve.
